Pranayama and Meditation

Proper breathing is an absolutely essential aspect of our healthy life. Pranayama is a Sanskrit word that describes various aspects of breathing with proper control of the breath. Pranayama practices have the ability to quickly increase our energy, release stress, improve our mental clarity, and improve our physical health. This further leads to the experience of dharana, dhyana and samadhi commonly termed as Meditation.

Traditional Yoga

The program is based on proper authentic practices per the yogic scriptures. It gives people a lightness in the body making you energised for the day ahead. The stretches in different asanas helps in slowly opening your stiff joints and muscles. The sessions are planned in such a way that one gradually shifts from Unhealth to Health.
